Roadwork Alert: Key Traffic Delays Expected in Orangetown and Clarkstown

Rockland County drivers are advised to plan ahead this week due to scheduled roadwork on two major routes. The County Highway Department will conduct repairs on South Middletown Road from Hovenkamp Road to Route 304 South Ramp in the Town of Orangetown on Wednesday, May 8, and Thursday, May 9. Work will then shift to Middletown Road in the Town of Clarkstown on Friday, May 10, between the Thruway Overpass and Route 59.

Drivers should anticipate delays starting from 7:30 a.m., weather permitting, and consider alternative routes to avoid traffic disruptions.
