Haverstraw Police and Federal Agencies Renew Search for Eugene Palmer, Wanted in 2012 Murder Case

Eugene Palmer, wanted for the 2012 murder of Tammy Palmer, is the subject of a renewed manhunt by the Haverstraw Police Department, the FBI, and the U.S. Marshals. Eugene is accused of fatally ambushing Tammy, the mother of his grandchildren, in her driveway.
