County Executive Ed Day recently visited Finkelstein Memorial Library to discuss its upcoming expansion project with Library Director Laura Wolven. Set to start this summer, the expansion will include additional classroom space, counseling offices, a multicultural study center, a large event space for community use, and a teaching kitchen.
The project aims to enhance the library’s role as a community hub, offering diverse educational and cultural resources. “This expansion will greatly benefit our patrons and the community as a whole,” said a library spokesperson. Residents are looking forward to the new opportunities and services that the expanded library will provide.
