An MVA involving an overturned vehicle occurred around 8:10 a.m. on Tuesday morning on Palisades Center Drive near the entrance to the Palisades Mall.
Congers EMS, Clarkstown Police, New York State Police, and Rockland Paramedics responded to the scene. Officials reported minor injuries as a result of the crash.
Drivers were advised to expect delays as emergency crews worked to clear the area.
