A reported structure fire at 31 Husted Lane was determined to be an electrical fire. The fire was quickly contained by responding firefighters. West Nyack, New City, Pearl River, and Valley Cottage Fire Departments responded to the scene, along with Nanuet EMS and the Clarkstown Police Department.
