CCTV footage captures the moments leading up to yesterday’s incident on Route 306 near Rita Avenue, showing a vehicle passing a stopped school bus before striking a child. Bechasdei Hashem the child was not injured. Ramapo Police and Spring Hill EMS responded to the scene.
