On Tuesday morning, Congressman Mike Lawler took to the House floor to honor Golda Eisenbach A”H, the daughter of Spring Valley Trustee Yisroel Eisenbach, who was tragically killed by a drunk driver just four weeks ago at Kennedy Park.
