The Satmar Talmud Torah of Monsey has built a new home after years of being hosted in New Square. The new building, generously donated by Reb Chaim Moshe Goldstein Shlita, was officially inaugurated on Wednesday, and it marked the beginning of a new chapter for the Satmar Talmud Torah.
Last Wednesday, a special event took place when the young boys from the Satmar Talmud Torah visited the Skverer Rebbe Shlita in New Sqaure, to express their heartfelt gratitude. For years, the Skverer Chassidus had graciously hosted the Talmud Torah, providing a space for their Torah study and tefillah.
The celebration continued as on Thursday, the Satmar Rebbe Shlita officiated the formal inauguration of the new building. This significant event involved davening, with the older boys of the yeshiva, and the affixing of mezuzos on the new building. These mezuzos symbolize the sanctification of the new space and its role as the future home of the children of the Satmar Talmud Torah in Monsey for years to come.
This momentous occasion is a testament to the power of unity and the dedication of individuals like Reb Chaim Moshe Goldstein Shlita, whose generosity has made this transition possible. The Satmar Talmud Torah looks forward to many successful years of Torah study and spiritual growth in their new home.
