The Village of Spring Valley Police Department officially welcomed its newest officer during a swearing-in ceremony held at Village Hall.
Officer Sean Mandel #674 was sworn into the department following prior law enforcement experience with the NYPD.
Village officials, fellow officers, family members, and supporters gathered to welcome Mandel to the Spring Valley Police Department.
