Village Of Spring Valley Holds Reorganizational Meeting; Mayor Vital and Officials Sworn In

The Village of Spring Valley held its annual Reorganizational Meeting on Monday evening at Village Hall, featuring the formal swearing-in of several newly elected officials and the appointment of key administrative staff for the upcoming year.

Mayor Schenley Vital was officially affirmed and sworn in to a four-year term. Following the oath, Mayor Vital delivered a brief address outlining priorities for the village moving forward.

Trustee Yakov Yosef Kaufman, newly elected to the Village Board, was sworn in for his first term. Although listed on the agenda, Trustee Joseph Gross, who is not newly elected, was not present and did not participate in any swearing-in.
