The Village of Airmont is advising residents on several streets that recycling collection will now take place much earlier in the morning.
Residents on the affected streets are asked to place their recycling bins at the curb the night before pickup or no later than 6:00 a.m. on recycling day to avoid missing collection.
The change affects the following streets: Augur Road, Autumn Court, Bell Court, Brigitte Court, Brookside Avenue, Campbell Avenue, Cragmere Road, East Haskell Avenue, Farview Terrace, Hemion Way, Kristoffersen Court, Larch Court, Litchult Court, Marybeth Drive, Margo Court, North Amundsen Lane, Quincy Court, Sabin Drive, Skylane Court, South Airmont Road, South Amundsen Lane, South Van Dyke Avenue, Stonemeadow Lane, and Van Orden Avenue.
The Village of Airmont apologized for any inconvenience and thanked residents for their cooperation.
