This weekend, the Valley Cottage Fire Department (Dept. 22) held a special dedication ceremony to mark the official opening of its brand-new fire station. The event, welcomed elected officials community members for a firsthand look at the upgraded facility and state-of-the-art apparatus.
Attendees were given guided tours of the station and equipment, learned about the department’s fire prevention initiatives, and were invited to explore volunteer opportunities as part of an active recruitment drive.
The department expressed gratitude to all who attended and showed support, noting that the new station represents a major step forward in their mission to serve and protect the Valley Cottage community.
