UPDATE: Two Arrested, Firearm Recovered in Spring Valley Pursuit Near Spring Valley Commons

As Monsey Scoop reported On October 29, 2024, at approximately 9:42 p.m., Spring Valley patrol officers were conducting a routine foot patrol near the Spring Valley Commons apartment complex when they encountered a male suspect linked to an earlier altercation at the Family Dollar in Spring Valley. When officers attempted to stop the suspect, he fled across Slinn Avenue. During the foot chase, officers observed the suspect, later identified as 19-year-old Noah Chambers, remove a black semi-automatic firearm from his waistband and discard it. The loaded firearm was quickly recovered at the scene.

In addition to Chambers, a 16-year-old juvenile was taken into custody for interfering with the arrest. Both individuals have been charged accordingly. The Spring Valley Police Department requests anyone with information about the incident to contact them at 845-356-7400.

  1. The guy beat up two women that thought they were hard and tried to bully me. Before i could open up a can and beat them up because he couldn’t tolerate them. Guy is short but tough. Only 19 send him to the military or something. No broken hand or face gouged bc mini me took care of the job!
