The Rockland County Highway Department has announced roadwork scheduled for this week, pending favorable weather conditions. The following roads will be affected:
– On Wednesday, August 16th, roadwork will occur on Little Tor Rd, spanning from Burda Ave to Collyer Ave in the Town of Clarkstown.
– On both Wednesday, August 16th, and Thursday, August 17th, roadwork will take place on Orangeburg Rd, from Dutchess Dr to Blaisdell Rd in the Town of Orangetown.
– Additionally, on Wednesday, August 16th, roadwork is planned for Old Nyack Turnpike, stretching from Hungry Hollow Rd to S Madison Ave in the Town of Ramapo.
Motorists are advised to consider alternative routes due to potential delays, with the work commencing at 7:30 am.
