Tragic Yahrtzeit: Remembering Heroes Moshe Herzog A”H and Dovid Tzvi Schnebalg A”H

Today, the Monsey Community recalls the tragic events of three years ago, when Moshe Herzog A”H and Dovid Tzvi Schnebalg A”H lost their lives in a devastating car accident while returning from Pennsylvania Motzei Rosh Hashanah.

Moshe Herzog, remembered as a dedicated member of Chaverim Of Rockland, Haverstraw EMS, and Faist EMS showed immense courage during the last moments, using his radio to call for assistance, stating that both were trapped amidst the wreckage. It was a heart-wrenching scene as it took emergency personnel hours to rescue them, after laboriously putting out the flames.

Dovid Tzvi Schnebalg was a selfless individual who served as an EMT. Throughout his time, he volunteered tirelessly, playing a pivotal role in saving countless lives.
