An overheight tractor trailer carrying large pipes collided with the South Broadway overpass on I-87 Southbound in Rockland County this morning.
The impact has forced the closure of the left three lanes for bridge inspection, including Exit 10 (Nyack), resulting in extensive delays for commuters in the area.
Traffic authorities are advising to use alternate routes to bypass the congestion as crews work to assess and repair the damage.
