Emergency personnel are on the scene of a tractor-trailer rollover on the southbound New York State Thruway, right before the Tappan Zee Bridge, after the truck hit an overpass and overturned. The Nyack Fire Department, Nyack EMS, Rockland Paramedics, and New York State Police are on the scene. Heavy traffic is reported in the area as crews work to clear the overturned truck.
