Town Of Ramapo Prepares for Smooth Traffic During Purim

In anticipation of Purim, Ramapo Supervisor Michael Specht spearheaded a meeting with key figures including representatives from the Ramapo Police Department, the Highway Department’s Fred Brinn, OEP Coordinator Josh Hans, Chaverim of Rockland’s Coordinator Yossi Margeratten, and Feivy Mermelstein from the Village of Kaser. The goal was to address traffic concerns and ensure a smooth experience for Ramapo residents during the holiday.

The team devised a plan focusing on improved traffic management and public safety, highlighting increased patrols and strategic signage to guide the community.

In a statement to Monsey Scoop, Supervisor Specht emphasized the collective effort, stating, “Our aim is to ensure that our community experiences the joy of Purim without the worry of major traffic congestion. Together, we implemented a robust plan to keep our streets safe and navigable for everyone.”
