Town of Ramapo and Village of Sloatsburg Honor Fallen Officer on 40th Anniversary of His Death

The Town of Ramapo and the Village of Sloatsburg honor the memory of Police Officer Gary Stymiloski on the 40th anniversary of his tragic death.

Officer Stymiloski began his law enforcement career with the Sloatsburg Police Department before joining the Westchester County Police Department, where he was killed in the line of duty. His sacrifice remains deeply etched in the hearts of those he served, and local officials are reaffirming their commitment to remembering his dedication and bravery.

As the community reflects on his legacy, they also extend their remembrance to Beverly Capone, ensuring that both continue to rest in peace.
