Town of Clarkstown Discusses Land Preservation as Orange County Land Trust Expands Into Rockland

Supervisor George Hoehmann and senior members of the Town of Clarkstown administration recently met with Chris Chapman of the Orange County Land Trust to discuss potential collaboration on land conservation efforts.

During the meeting, Chapman outlined the Land Trust’s plans to expand its operations into Rockland County. Discussions focused on how the Town of Clarkstown and the Land Trust could work together to preserve open space, protect natural resources, and advance long-term environmental conservation initiatives within the town.
