Emergency responders rushed to Kanawauke Road between Beaver Pond Campsite and the Causeway this afternoon following reports of a vehicle rollover with entrapment.
The Thiells Fire Department was dispatched at approximately 2:50 p.m. Upon arrival, firefighters confirmed that one individual was trapped inside the overturned vehicle but remained conscious and alert.
With the swift efforts of emergency personnel, the driver was safely extricated without further incident. Haverstraw EMS and New York State Police also responded to the scene.
