Every year, a remarkable group of cyclists gathers to ride with purpose — to remember, honor, and give back. Known as Team Mindy, this dedicated team rides in loving memory of Mrs. Mindy Cohen A”H, a cherished wife and mother of five who passed away at a young age. The team brings together family, friends, neighbors, and supporters — all united by love and a shared mission.
As part of the annual 100 Ride, Team Mindy is instantly recognizable by their signature pink socks — a heartfelt tribute to Mindy, symbolizing the warmth, compassion, and strength she embodied throughout her life.
But their impact goes far beyond symbolism. Each year, Team Mindy raises over $100,000, with all proceeds equally benefiting Tomche Shabbos and Kupas Ezra — two vital organizations providing support to families in need.
Recently, the team was honored at a special appreciation dinner held at Fireside Restaurant, featuring entertainment by Shlomo Levinger — a well-deserved celebration of their dedication and generosity.
