Clarkstown Police, Spring Valley Police, and the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office are on the scene on Division Avenue after a suspect reportedly fled from a traffic stop, leading police on a pursuit. The suspect abandoned the vehicle near Old Nyack Road and Chestnut Ridge Road before running on foot into a nearby house. The reason the suspect fled the traffic stop is unknown at this time.
