Supervisor Specht, Assemblyman-Elect Wieder, and Trustee Eisenbach Distribute Reflectors and Promote Pedestrian Safety at Zevilher Avos Ubanim

On Motzei Shabbos, Town of Ramapo Supervisor Michael Specht, Assemblyman-Elect Aron Wieder, and Spring Valley Trustee Yisroel Eisenbach attended the Avos Ubanim at the Zevilher Shul on Union Road to promote pedestrian safety.

The visit, part of an ongoing education and outreach effort, emphasized the critical importance of wearing reflectors to enhance visibility and save lives, especially during nighttime hours. The leaders addressed the gathered crowd, which included both children and adults, highlighting how small safety measures can prevent accidents and save lives.

During the event, reflectors were distributed to everyone in attendance, with a focus on reaching community members who may not have access to WhatsApp or social media, ensuring the message extends beyond digital platforms. Plans are underway for additional efforts to spread awareness throughout the community, particularly targeting vulnerable groups.
