SUFFERN: Driver Suffers Medical Emergency, Crashes Into Building on Orange Avenue

On Tuesday morning at approximately 10:30 a.m., a driver suffering a medical emergency crashed into a building at 84 Orange Avenue in Suffern. First responders found the patient unconscious, and CPR was immediately initiated by Faist EMS and Rockland Paramedics. The victim regained a pulse and was breathing on his own by the time he was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital, where he remains in critical condition.

Suffern Police, the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office, and the Suffern Fire Department were also on the scene assisting with the incident.
