A child was struck by a vehicle on Quince Lane near Viola Road.
Hatzolah EMS, and Ramapo Police are on the scene.
The child is conscious and alert but sustained serious head injuries and is being rushed by Rockland Hatzolah Paramedics to Westchester Medical Center.
