Tryon said he is honored to join the Suffern Central community and looks forward to working closely with students, educators, and families. He emphasized his passion for helping every child reach their full potential and fostering a lifelong love of learning.

A strong advocate for early childhood education, Tryon is committed to providing students and teachers with the tools and resources needed for success while honoring the traditions and close-knit community that define RP Connor Elementary School.

Tryon will officially begin his new role on July 15, 2026, and is expected to spend time at the school before the current academic year concludes. District officials said opportunities for families and staff to meet him will be announced later this summer.
