Stony Point Resident Claims $10 Million New York Lottery Scratch-Off Prize

A Rockland County resident has claimed a top prize on a New York Lottery scratch-off ticket.

New York Lottery officials announced that Beatrix Maria Bulson of Stony Point won the $10 million top prize on the Lottery’s $10,000,000 Cash scratch-off game. Bulson chose to receive her winnings as a one-time lump sum payment totaling $4,211,980 after required withholdings.

The winning ticket was purchased at Stony’s Food N’ News in Stony Point.

Lottery officials noted that, as of this writing, one top prize remains available on the $10,000,000 Cash scratch-off game. Players can check the status of any New York Lottery scratch-off game by viewing the Game Report available at the Lottery’s official website.

During the 2024–2025 fiscal year, New York Lottery scratch-off games generated more than $4.33 billion in total sales statewide. In Rockland County, school districts received $53,707,912 in Lottery Aid to Education funding during the same period.
