Significant delays are expected between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM on Hammond Road, Willow Grove Road, Suffern Lane, Thiells Road, Filors Lane, and near Fieldstone Middle School. Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area during those hours if possible and plan for extra travel time.
