Spring Valley’s Lt. Chignard Noelizaire Graduates from Prestigious FBI National Academy

The Spring Valley Police Department is proud to announce that Lieutenant Chignard Noelizaire has graduated from the esteemed FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Lt. Noelizaire was among 239 law enforcement officers who completed the rigorous 294th session of the academy, which concluded on June 5, 2025.

This session brought together law enforcement leaders from across 48 states, the District of Columbia, 14 foreign nations, six military branches, and four federal civilian agencies. The program is recognized globally for its academic excellence, leadership training, and physical fitness.

Lt. Noelizaire expressed his gratitude, stating, “This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support of family and the trust and encouragement from my agency. The lifelong friends I made will continue to inspire me. I carry this experience forward with deep gratitude, new perspective, and renewed commitment to service.”
