A teenaged cyclist was struck by a vehicle at Southgate Drive and Viola Road moments ago.

Hatzolah EMS and Ramapo Police are on the scene.

The victim was rushed by Rockland Hatzolah Paramedics to Westchester Medical Center with serious injuries.
