At approximately 4:20 p.m. on Monday afternoon, a taxi crashed into a utility pole on Commerce Street in Spring Valley. Emergency personnel from Spring Hill EMS, Spring Valley Police, and the Spring Valley Fire Department responded to the scene. Injuries were reported.
The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. The incident remains under investigation.
