Orange & Rockland advises that its Drone Team will conduct a drone flight near the Finkelstein Library in Spring Valley on Tuesday, June 30, beginning at 9:30 a.m., weather permitting, to capture photo and video of the company’s pollinator garden planting event. The flight is expected to last approximately two hours, and O&R has issued advance notice in anticipation of possible public inquiries from residents who may notice the drone activity.
