Spring Valley Police announced the promotion of Officer Andre Riobe to the rank of Youth Officer on Monday.
The swearing-in ceremony was conducted by Spring Valley Village Clerk Diane Montgomery alongside Police Chief Richard Oleszczuk. Officer Riobe’s family, friends, and fellow officers gathered to celebrate this milestone.
Widely recognized for his positive impact on local youth, Officer Riobe has played an active role in building strong community relationships. The department extended best wishes for his continued success as he takes on this important new responsibility.
