Spring Valley Police Assisted by Chaverim of Rockland Night Watch Unit Arrest Intoxicated Driver After Crashing On Ridge Avenue

In the early hours of Sunday morning, at approximately 3:00 AM, Chaverim of Rockland’s Night Watch unit witnessed a suspected intoxicated driver on West Street in Spring Valley. Recognizing the potential danger, the team promptly contacted the Spring Valley Police Department and maintained a visual on the vehicle to ensure public safety.

The situation escalated as the driver continued to Ridge Avenue, where the vehicle slammed into a parked truck. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the crash.

Spring Valley Police officers arrived at the scene shortly thereafter and arrested the driver, who was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI).
