SPRING VALLEY: Pedestrian Seriously Injured After Being Struck by Vehicle on Van Orden Avenue Near Dutch Lane

At approximately 12:50 a.m. Wednesday,  a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Van Orden Avenue near Dutch Lane in Spring Valley. The victim sustained serious injuries and was unconscious at the scene before being transported by Spring Hill EMS to Westchester Medical Center.

The Spring Valley Police Department, Rockland County Sheriff’s Office, and New York State Police responded to the scene. The Clarkstown Police Accident Investigation Team also responded to assist with the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.

A name for Tehillim isn’t needed in this incident.

The investigation remains ongoing.
