A man was found with severe head trauma and heavy bleeding on South Main Street near West Furman Place around 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, prompting a police investigation.
Emergency personnel from Spring Hill EMS and Rockland Paramedics responded to the scene and transported the victim to Nyack Hospital for treatment.
Spring Valley Police detectives and the Rockland County Sheriff’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) established a crime scene and are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
