As Monsey Scoop reported On April 28th at approximately 6:15 PM, the Spring Valley Police Department responded to the area of W. Funston Ave for a report of a stabbing.
They quickly located the victim, a 44 year old Suffern resident, who was transported to Westchester Medical Center to be treated for his injuries.
The suspect, a 45-year-old male, resident of Spring Valley was arrested during the course of the investigation. He was charged with Attempted Murder and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th degree, arraigned at Spring Valley Justice Court and bail was set at $500,000 cash/$1,000,000 bond.
