Spring Valley Heroes Honored: Mayor and Board of Trustees Recognize Chaverim Volunteers for Rescuing Child from Hot Car [PHOTOS & VIDEOS]

The Village of Spring Valley Mayor and the Board of Trustees proudly honored two exceptional individuals for their heroic act in rescuing a 6-month-old child from a scorching hot car as Monsey Scoop Reported.

In a special ceremony held at the Town Hall Tuesday evening, Mayor Alan M. Simon commended the outstanding efforts of Chaverim Volunteers Yitzchok Sabel Unit 64 and Heber Hernandez Shabbos Unit 907. These selfless individuals demonstrated incredible bravery and quick thinking, saving the life of a helpless child in a dire situation.

Yitzchok Sabel and Heber Hernandez exhibited the true spirit of community service and compassion by springing into action when they noticed the distressed child trapped inside a locked car.

The Village of Spring Valley commends their dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to the welfare of its residents, and their actions serve as an inspiring example to us all.
