SPRING VALLEY: Fire Breaks Out In Franklin Court Apartment Complex, Residents Safely Evacuated

A fire broke out in the living room of a first-floor apartment complex at 32 Franklin Court, near South Main Street, on Sunday at approximately 2:10 p.m.
