SPRING VALLEY: Fatal Shooting at 2 Dutch Ln Parking Lot Leaves One Dead, Police Investigation Ongoing

A tragic shooting took place Saturday afternoon in Spring Valley, leaving one person dead.

Sources tell Monsey Scoop that the incident occurred at approximately 5:15 p.m. in the parking lot of 2 Dutch Lane. The victim was treated at the scene and transported by Spring Hill EMS to Good Samaritan Hospital in critical condition, where they later succumbed to their injuries.

Spring Valley Police were joined by the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office, Ramapo Police, and several other emergency agencies who responded to the scene. Law enforcement remained on site into the evening as investigators worked to piece together the circumstances surrounding the shooting.

The investigation is still ongoing, and no further details have been released at this time.
