A disorderly individual was detained after being observed banging on vehicles and causing a disturbance in the Commerce Street area. The individual has reportedly been involved in numerous disturbances at businesses in the area in the past. Due to being under the influence, he was transported to the hospital by Spring Hill EMS for evaluation. Spring Valley Police and Chaverim of Rockland responded to the scene.
