Community leaders and law enforcement officials met Friday morning at the Spring Valley Marketplace to discuss logistics, public safety, and security preparations for the upcoming season at the Mincha Area Tefillos Mordechai.
The Mincha Area serves as a major stop for thousands of travelers heading to and from the Catskills each summer, making coordination efforts essential to ensuring a safe and successful season.
Among those participating were community askan and law enforcement liaison Rabbi Abe Friedman, Chaverim of Rockland Coordinator Yossi Margaretten, and Rockland County Law enforcement liaison Hershy Margaretten. YF Productions, together with Chaverim of Rockland, will operate and manage the Mincha Area throughout the summer, providing assistance and support to the many motorists who utilize the location each week.
