A reported structure fire on Kennedy Drive was determined to be a BBQ grill operating on the upper floors of a condominium complex, creating the appearance of a large fire. Spring Valley, Monsey, Hillcrest, and South Spring Valley Fire Departments responded, along with Spring Valley Police and Faist EMS.
