SPRING VALLEY: 5-Year-Old Girl Struck by Vehicle at Hoyt Street and West Street, Transported to Westchester Medical Center

A 5-year-old girl was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle at approximately 4 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Hoyt Street and West Street.

The child was initially reported to be unresponsive, prompting a rapid response from Hatzoloh EMS and the Spring Valley Police Department. Emergency personnel treated the girl at the scene, and she later became responsive before being transported to Westchester Medical Center for further treatment.
