Yesterday, the Advanced Life Support (ALS) division of Spring Hill EMS successfully completed a critical patient transfer from Good Samaritan Hospital to New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. The patient, requiring specialized neurology care available only at Cornell, was safely transported by Spring Hills ALS team. During the journey to New York City, the ALS units administered necessary medications to ensure the patient’s comfort and pain management.
