Snowfall Totals Finalized Across Rockland County After Winter Storm

Rockland County officials have finalized snowfall totals following the conclusion of the winter storm that impacted the area on Sunday, January 25.

Several communities recorded over a foot of snow, while others saw slightly lower accumulations, marking a significant storm across the county.

Final Snowfall Totals:

  • Thiells: 13.5 inches

  • Monsey: 13.0 inches

  • Ramapo: 12.5 inches

  • Southeast Montebello: 12.5 inches

  • East-Northeast Congers: 11.5 inches

  • South-Southwest Congers: 11.5 inches

  • New City: 11.1 inches

  • Valley Cottage: 11.0 inches

  • Stony Point: 10.0 inches

  • Northwest Stony Point: 10.0 inches

  • Suffern: 8.5 inches

  • Nyack: 8.2 inches

While snowfall has ended, residents are still urged to exercise caution as plowing, salting, and cleanup operations continue across Rockland County.
