A significant milestone was reached within the Satmar Kehilla of Monsey as they celebrated the inauguration of six new Dayanim this Tuesday. These dedicated yungerleit have committed years to their Torah studies, displaying an impressive depth of knowledge after being rigorously tested on multiple sections of the Shulchan Aruch. Moreover, they have honed their skills by working closely under the guidance of accomplished Dayanim.
The establishment of this Semichah program was spearheaded by the Rabbonim of the Satmar Kehilla in Monsey, as a response to the rapidly growing needs of the community. As the Kehilla experiences unprecedented growth, there emerges an increasing demand for more Dayanim to guide families in the paths of Torah and Halacha.
