A serious accident occurred at the intersection of East Eckerson Road & State St.
Spring Hill EMS, Faist EMS, Ramapo Police and Hillcrest Fire Department are on the scene.
Two patients were transported by Spring Hill EMS and Rockland Paramedics to Weschester Medical Center in serious condition.
