Serial Burglar Targeting Yeshivas Arrested by Spring Valley Police

The Spring Valley Police Department announced the arrest of a serial burglar who had been targeting yeshivas in the area. The thirty-seven-year-old Spring Valley resident faces multiple charges, including hate crime burglary, grand larceny, and petit larceny for separate incidents in the Village.

The suspect, responsible for burglaries at the United Talmudical Academy on 89 South Main Street and Talmud Torah Nachlas Chaim Tashbar on 50 South Main Street, has been taken into custody and is being held at the Rockland County Jail.

The arrest brings relief to the Jewish community, and law enforcement continues its investigation to ensure justice for the victims.
